This app has 10 scientific topics packed full of questions for you to answer. Questions range in difficulty throughout the app, testing your knowlege on various aspects of science to your liking.

The Big Science Quiz is designed to educate and intrigue people (14+) about science in everyday life, as it is not only interesting but also fun to learn!

We believe that using quizzes as a learning tool engages people a lot more and is significantly more entertaning than reading facts in a book or encyclopedia!

The Big Science Quiz uses a variety of methods within the questions to engage the user, such as using images and anagram solving as well as good old fashioned questions. There are no time limits when answering questions, as using this app should be a relaxed and enjoyable experience, to not feel under pressure if you cannot answer a particular question. If you do get stuck on a question, there is a hint system available. For some questions however, there may not be a hint available.

Once a question has been answered, a brief explanation of the answer or the topic will be shown to the user for the majority of the questions in this app. This is to give you further insight into what you were answering, which is great if you were particularly interested in that question.
